Join Richemont in Geneva as the Head of Logistics Excellence Center. Lead logistics innovation and process excellence in a prestigious luxury conglomerate.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the Logistics Operating Model (LOM) to ensure process excellence and standardization across warehousing, transport, and import-export/customs.
  • Coordinate the deployment of new logistics processes and capabilities in collaboration with regional teams, ensuring field readiness through training and change management.
  • Foster innovation by identifying and promoting digital logistics capabilities and operational innovations in partnership with Group Platform.
  • Lead and support end-to-end operational logistics projects, ensuring alignment with the Group Logistics Operating Model.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team focused on standards, regional enablement, and innovation.
  • Support the execution of the transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the Logistics Operating Model and sustainable operational integration.

Qualifications

  • Deep end-to-end logistics knowledge, including warehousing, transport, and import/export-customs.
  • Experience in process design and improvement methodologies such as VSM, Lean, and Kaizen.
  • Proven change management skills and experience in training design and deployment.
  • Solid knowledge of logistics information systems, including SAP EWM, TMS, GTS, and WMS.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management.

Empathy and listening skills to understand operational realities across regions. Strategic thinking with a hands-on attitude to balance long-term vision and operational delivery. Experience

Extensive experience in logistics management, with a focus on process excellence and innovation within a global context.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Geneva, Geneva, Switzerland.
