Join Richemont in Geneva as a Group Technology Program Manager. Lead digital transformation initiatives in a prestigious luxury environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned initiatives, ensuring alignment with Product organizations.
- Act as the primary contact for Business and Maisons' stakeholders, driving cross-domain collaboration.
- Coordinate program teams, collaborating with Product Owners, Analysts, Test Managers, and other key roles.
- Track and document the scope of deliveries, managing changes throughout the initiative's lifecycle.
- Define and coordinate planning and release phases, from initiation to post-delivery.
- Manage resource capacity plans, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with stakeholders, providing clear communication and updates.
- Ensure budget adherence and report progress, issues, and risks as required.
Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Project/Program Management with a focus on Quality Assurance.
- Project Management certification recommended.
Skills
Experience
Significant experience in Technology Project/Program Management, particularly in integration projects with omnichannel dimensions, and a strong focus on Quality Assurance.
Education
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
