Join Richemont in Milano as a Finance Operations Manager. Oversee internal controls, drive improvement initiatives, and support strategic projects in the luxury goods industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Internal Control System, ensuring its effectiveness and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Oversee all insurance activities, including policy management, claims processing, and risk assessment, while optimizing efficiency.
  • Collect and analyze information on local competitors, including financial performance and market strategies, to support strategic decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects across the finance department, identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation.
  • Support the CFO in coordinating projects impacting the Italian platform and integration initiatives, managing timelines and cross-functional coordination.
  • Coordinate the collection and reporting of ESG data for Italian operations, ensuring compliance with sustainability reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Auditing or Controlling departments.
  • Experience in the luxury goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including internal controls and risk assessment.
  • Experience with ESG reporting and sustainability initiatives.

Skills

Proven track record of project management, including planning, execution, and delivery. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion for innovation and digitalization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred knowledge of project management software, SAP Hana Plan, and PowerBI. Fluency in Italian and English.

Experience

Extensive experience in Auditing or Controlling departments, preferably within the luxury goods industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
