Richemont is seeking a Director of International eCommerce in London, UK, to lead digital growth strategy for Peter Millar and G/FORE across international markets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and execute a comprehensive eCommerce strategy aligned with global brand goals to drive regional growth.
- Manage the digital P&L, identifying revenue, profitability, customer growth, and KPI expansion drivers.
- Develop and manage the channel financial plan, including sales targets and investment planning.
- Collaborate with finance and demand planning to update forecasts and track performance against budget.
- Influence the prioritization of platform features and capabilities to meet international consumer needs.
- Optimize UX, merchandising, content, and conversion strategies to deliver an exceptional online shopping experience.
- Ensure media, lifecycle, and promotional strategies are effective in each market.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in leading digital commerce, including international or regional leadership roles.
- Proven success in driving eCommerce growth in international markets, with a preference for EMEA.
- Experience in influencing or shaping global product and technology roadmaps.
- Strong commercial acumen with ownership of eCommerce P&L.
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, analytics tools, and third-party tech stacks.
