Join Richemont in Bellevue as a Deputy Finance Business Process Owner, where you will lead treasury process management and support system optimization in a dynamic luxury goods environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the review and update of treasury processes, ensuring alignment with policies and regulations.
  • Identify and analyze needs for evolving treasury processes, including activities, rules, and roles.
  • Design and implement operational processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Propose improvements to treasury processes, including responsibilities, business rules, and model enhancements.
  • Facilitate review panels and validate changes.
  • Ensure technical solutions align with processes and validate results.
  • Document processes and provide user training.
  • Monitor process performance and compliance.
  • Provide expert support for treasury systems, including ERPs, treasury management systems, and banking platforms.
  • Identify and address technical issues related to treasury processes and systems.
  • Ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of treasury systems in collaboration with IT.
  • Support the development of treasury risk management strategies.
  • Monitor treasury risk exposures and identify potential areas of concern.
  • Contribute to the development of treasury risk mitigation plans.
  • Identify opportunities for automating treasury processes within the Finance function.
  • Implement and maintain technical solutions that enhance treasury processes in collaboration with IT.
  • Develop automation solutions using RPA and other tools to streamline treasury tasks.
  • Develop and implement management plans for treasury-related initiatives.
  • Lead a community of practitioners to collect ideas and deliver changes.
  • Communicate changes to stakeholders, managing resistance and addressing concerns.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing related to treasury changes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in finance, information systems, mathematics/statistics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in operational finance, treasury, accounting, FP&A, or similar roles, with strong project management experience.
  • Proficiency in English; French or other languages are a plus.

Skills

Strong knowledge of treasury management. Proficiency in Financial Accounting & Reporting and Financial Modelling and Analysis. SAP technical skills, particularly in the Finance module. Proficiency in Process Monitoring and Data visualization tools. Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA). Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus. Strong project management and methodological skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation. Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced, and demanding environment. Ability to challenge the status quo and propose improvement opportunities. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate. Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

Experience

Minimum 8 years of experience in operational finance, treasury, accounting, FP&A, or similar roles, with strong project management experience.

Education

University degree in finance, information systems, mathematics/statistics, or equivalent.
