Join Richemont in Lisbon as a Data Engineer. Leverage your skills in SQL, Python, and cloud data warehouses to drive insights in the luxury market.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with the Group Data Office.
  • Estimate, plan, manage, and lead data integration projects within the Data Warehouse team.
  • Build ETL/ELT processes and data flows for analytics and data science outputs.
  • Create consumable data models and visualizations.
  • Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and performance in collaboration with support teams, providing L3 support as needed.
  • Define and promote best practices and design principles for Data Warehouse and Analytics architecture.

Qualifications

  • University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of four years in comparable engineering roles.

Skills

Proficiency in SQL and Python programming. Strong knowledge of Looker and LookML. Experience with dbt and version management tools such as GIT. Familiarity with cloud data warehouses, preferably GCP – BigQuery. Understanding of Scrum methodology.

Experience

A minimum of four years in comparable engineering roles is required, with a focus on data integration and analytics.

Education

University degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
