Richemont is seeking a Corporate Finance Specialist in Geneva, Switzerland. This role involves overseeing guarantee lines, ensuring compliance, and supporting M&A activities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the Group's guarantee lines, refining policies and strategic approaches.
- Ensure continuous compliance with bank requirements such as Sanctions, KYC, and AML, while improving the KYC policy for enhanced efficiency.
- Prepare closing disclosures in collaboration with the Group Accounting & Reporting team for accurate financial reporting.
- Support M&A activities, integrating or deconsolidating entities into/from the Treasury framework.
- Participate in the annual Share Buy Back program, including broker selection, mandate preparation, settlement operations, and reporting activities.
- Update or create policies formalizing the Corporate Finance scope.
- Collaborate with Treasury Operations to optimize intercompany financing and support the annual shareholder dividend process.
- Drive automation using the Treasury Management System and bank connectivity to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor the Debt Capital Market, providing updates and coordinating coupon payments for optimal debt management.
Qualifications
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Finance within a multinational corporate or banking environment.
