Richemont Singapore seeks a Commercial Operations Intern to support sales reporting, inventory control and commercial analysis for its luxury maisons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the commercial operations team with daily sales and inventory reporting, ensuring data accuracy and timely distribution to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards and monthly performance pack using Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Assist in sales forecasting, demand planning inputs and monitoring of sell-through versus targets.
- Process and reconcile wholesale and retail orders; monitor shipment status and stock allocations.
- Prepare ad-hoc commercial analyses (pricing, markdowns, margin movements) to inform short-term decisions.
- Liaise with retail, wholesale and supply chain teams to resolve stock discrepancies and operational issues.
- Contribute to process-improvement initiatives that streamline reporting and data flows across systems.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and formulas) and confident presentation skills in PowerPoint.
- Ability to interpret commercial metrics and translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Effective communicator capable of working cross-functionally in a matrixed organisation.
- Eligibility to work in Singapore for the duration of the internship.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in retail, commercial analytics, sales operations or supply chain is preferred but not mandatory. Demonstrable coursework or project work involving data analysis, forecasting or inventory management is advantageous.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (current enrolment or recent graduate).

The successful candidate will be located in Singapore, Central, Singapore.
