Join Richemont in New York as the Associate Vice President of Employee Relations. Lead strategic Employee Relations initiatives in a diverse and inclusive luxury fashion environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic guidance and education on Employee Relations best practices and legal compliance across all organizational levels.
  • Develop and deliver learning programs to enhance Employee Relations competencies within leadership teams.
  • Oversee employee participation in compliance-related training initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of equitable processes for internal investigations concerning employee misconduct.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and resolve employee complaints, ensuring impartial communication of findings.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and legal counsel to maintain integrity in investigation processes.
  • Develop and implement employment policies that align with legal standards and company values.
  • Partner with Finance and HR teams to manage compliance with employee-related policies.
  • Identify trends in Employee Relations to predict risks and develop solutions.
  • Evaluate the necessity of external legal counsel for Employee Relations matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor strongly preferred

Experience

Extensive experience in Employee Relations, with a deep understanding of U.S. employment laws and regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree required; Juris Doctor strongly preferred

This position is based in New York, New York, USA.

Compensation

Expected salary range: $220,000 – $240,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
