Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for Brand Retail concerning daily operational control and retail policy communication.
  • Collaborate with Brand Retail teams and SAP IT specialists to monitor boutique sales, collections, and perform credit card reconciliations.
  • Review closing reports and process refunds efficiently.
  • Manage stock positions and related issues, including annual staff consignment confirmations and external party consignments.
  • Conduct analysis and reconciliation of gift certificates, merchandise credits, and customer deposit accounts.
  • Coordinate control monitoring over retail and e-commerce business processes.
  • Support process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Participate in annual internal and external audits.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance with professional accounting qualification (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent).

Skills

Strong data analytical skills with a robust business sense. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS Office tools and experience with SAP accounting module and ERP systems. Ability to understand and assess complex business situations and high-risk areas.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in accounting, internal audit, finance, or compliance, preferably within a luxury or retail organization. Experience in both external and internal auditing is advantageous.

Education

Degree in Finance with professional accounting qualification (HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent).

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Hong Kong, Hong Kong, China, with easy access to Hong Kong.
