Join Rado in Vienna as a Sales Consultant. This part-time role offers the chance to work with a leading luxury watch brand within the Swatch Group, providing exceptional service in a dynamic retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and expert advice on Rado products.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Rado's product offerings and brand heritage.
- Assist in visual merchandising to ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Strong understanding of the luxury watch market.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably within the watch or jewelry sector.
