Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the head of department to define fabrics, materials, accessories, and processing types for the trousers category.
  • Monitor material inventories required for garment production and liaise with the Purchasing Department as needed.
  • Provide model coding, component lists, and color details to production staff.
  • Assess material feasibility and timelines.
  • Track the status of raw material and semi-finished product deliveries.
  • Coordinate launches and progress with internal and external laboratories for sample and runway production.
  • Participate in production fittings, optimizing the industrialization process.
  • Resolve any garment-related issues that arise.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Technology or a related field.

Skills

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent teamwork abilities. Proficiency in pattern making and garment construction techniques. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AS400, and PLM systems. Proficiency in English.

Experience

3-4 years of experience in a heavy product department focusing on trousers within the luxury textile apparel industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion/Apparel Technology or a related field.
