Role & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and serve customers, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, liaising with management as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual displays, adhering to company guidelines.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear.
  • Fluent in spoken English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep passion and knowledge of the product category managed.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within luxury women's ready-to-wear is required.
