Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve customers by providing an exceptional in-store experience at all times.
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
  • Engage in cross-selling across departments to maximize sales and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
  • Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display, adhering to operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role, particularly in luxury women's ready-to-wear.

Skills

Passion for human relations and sales. Problem-solving abilities and curiosity about luxury fashion, art, and design. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English, with additional languages being advantageous.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector, particularly in women's ready-to-wear, is required.
