Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and update production files and tooling based on established standards.
  • Lead or actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, SMED, QRQC, and ergonomics.
  • Implement necessary actions to analyze and address workshop needs.
  • Research and analyze deviations from standards, process malfunctions, and causes of waste in workshops and production lines.
  • Identify critical operations on the production line and bring them to the Patek Philippe production system standard.
  • Lead projects for acquiring production means and participate in improving existing processes.

Qualifications

  • Technician ES or Bachelor's degree in mechanics/microtechnology or equivalent education.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in micromechanics, watchmaking, or mechanical construction.

Skills

Proficiency in Quality tools (8D, Capability). Knowledge of CAD tools (Solidworks preferred) and specific tools (Modiflux, SAP, Audros) as well as MS Office. Mastery of functional ISO dimensioning. Knowledge in mechanical techniques and Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma. Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and a field-oriented approach. Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and a proactive mindset.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in micromechanics, watchmaking, or mechanical construction is required.

Education

Technician ES or Bachelor's degree in mechanics/microtechnology or equivalent.
