Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the VIP, Celebrity & Expert communication strategy across international subsidiaries, including pre-validation of castings, monitoring local activations, managing creative briefs, and sharing visuals, guidelines, and moodboards.
  • Coordinate seeding and special deliveries, managing stock levels, anticipating launch needs, placing product orders, and liaising with agencies and suppliers.
  • Participate in organizing international events, developing programs and itineraries, coordinating transportation and accommodations, updating guest lists, and tracking event outcomes.
  • Contribute to fashion show organization, including talent reception, coordinating personalized in-room gifts, organizing exclusive services, sending products to makeup artists and manicurists, and managing service providers such as agents, hairdressers, makeup artists, photographers, and florists.
  • Ensure content and post-production follow-up with suppliers and markets until final approval.
  • Analyze outcomes and track rankings using Tribe Dynamics software, creating campaigns and reports for top management.
  • Monitor invoicing and budget, creating supplier accounts, conducting monthly follow-ups, and issuing reminders.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's program (business school, university, or equivalent).

Skills

Creativity and Innovation Initiative Collaboration and Teamwork Communication and Interpersonal Skills Attention to Detail Learning Agility Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) Fluency in English and French (written, spoken, read)

Experience

Beginner level, suitable for students or recent graduates seeking practical experience in a luxury environment.

Education

Master's degree in progress (business school, university, or equivalent).
