Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee all treasury functions including credit management, cash forecasting, and banking relationships.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and mitigate financial risks.
  • Manage credit limits and communicate with credit insurance providers.
  • Develop and maintain accurate cash flow forecasts and monitor cash positions.
  • Manage relationships with banks and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
  • Maintain a strong internal control environment and support audits.
  • Responsible for all treasury-related reporting and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in treasury management.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and treasury operations.

Skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Proficiency in treasury management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in treasury management, focusing on credit management, cash forecasting, and banking relations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Compensation

Salary range of $110,000.00 - $140,000.00, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
