Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal brand performance within the store, including sales objectives, market share, and leadership metrics.
  • Manage Dior sales team to enhance performance through effective scheduling, team cohesion, and resource utilization.
  • Maintain impeccable operational execution, ensuring perfect presentation of spaces, timely updates of promotional materials, and flawless execution of in-store animations.
  • Cultivate a winning relationship with store teams, positioning as the key Dior contact, and autonomously implementing action plans to boost brand performance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Proficiency in sales techniques. Expertise in perfumes, skincare, and makeup, including the ability to perform quality flash makeovers with personalized advice. Strong service orientation, leadership, and client focus. Excellent communication skills in both French and English. Proficient in computer tools.

Experience

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the luxury beauty industry.
