Role & Responsibilities

  • Expertly present and apply fragrance, makeup, and skincare products to inspire and attract new clients.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and deliver a luxury service experience.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by management.
  • Link and cross-sell across all product categories to increase transaction value and items per transaction.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all Parfums Christian Dior products to offer personalized recommendations.
  • Initiate and cultivate relationships with clients, promoting the DIOR 'My Exclusive Loyalty Programme.'
  • Educate clients on the brand's rich heritage and product offerings.
  • Participate in merchandise management to align with corporate guidelines and protect the brand's image.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure adequate inventory.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Build and utilize a strong client database for outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Experience
