Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and commercial roadmap for retail partners, ensuring alignment with Dior's long-term growth objectives.
- Achieve top-line sales targets through strategic initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Negotiate and execute Joint Business Plans with retail partners to ensure mutual growth and strong ROI.
- Secure wholesale opportunities and enhance brand visibility and market share.
- Set and manage annual budgets and plans in line with the 3-year strategy.
- Monitor trading results and develop proposals to enhance performance.
- Drive P&L enhancement for assigned retailers, ensuring budget adherence.
- Act as the primary contact for retailer communications, fostering strong relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing commercial team.
- Oversee strategic, cross-functional projects to drive business performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the UK luxury goods, cosmetics, or retail market.
- Senior management potential with strong personal impact.
- Graduate-level education preferred but not essential.
- Affinity with the Dior brand and products.
