Join Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Security Project Assistant Intern. Engage in a dynamic role within the luxury fashion industry, contributing to security management and innovation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage the internal security network meetings, including secretarial duties.
  • Maintain and update the security department's action plan.
  • Evaluate feedback from security awareness and training modules, proposing enhancements.
  • Update the security-dedicated intranet and implement an English version for global regions, suggesting improvements.
  • Engage with the security network and PCD employees to promote security awareness and best practices.
  • Contribute to security department-led transformation projects.
  • Conduct weekly monitoring of company security events and analyze employee reports, providing recommendations.
  • Monitor international travel of employees, offering assistance and crisis management support as needed.
  • Assist in the analysis and direction of major security risk monitoring provided by external partners.
  • Develop and distribute a security intelligence summary to the security network.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Policy with a specialization in Security and Defense or equivalent.

Skills

Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Autonomous with a proactive approach and strong initiative. Team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and humility. Fluent in English.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for students currently enrolled in relevant academic programs.

Education

Master's degree in Public Policy, Security and Defense, or equivalent in progress.
