Role & Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Dior products while providing a high-level customer service experience throughout the sales process.
  • Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, ensuring customers are well-informed.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to monthly KPI goals.
  • Master brand knowledge, product lines, and competitive landscape.
  • Apply the specific customer journey of the institute, performing facial and body treatments according to established protocols.
  • Develop lasting relationships with existing clients and engage new customers through genuine interactions.
  • Execute all CRM and clienteling activities.
  • Adhere to merchandising guidelines and regularly monitor stock levels, especially skincare products.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including laundry management.
  • Deliver exceptional cabin services in line with Dior Prestige La Suite requirements.
  • Offer personalized and expert skincare sales ceremonies, utilizing Dior diagnostic tools when available.
  • Manage cabin bookings and foster client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in high-end/luxury skincare and body treatments.
  • CAP or BTS in Cosmetic Aesthetics is mandatory.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics. Proven sales and customer service skills. Expertise in facial and body treatments, particularly high-level treatments. Proficiency in English.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in a high-end or luxury skincare institute.

Education

CAP or BTS in Cosmetic Aesthetics.
