Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as an ambassador for Dior, embodying the brand's values and exclusive spa techniques.
  • Achieve defined sales targets while enhancing the brand image and delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
  • Sell Dior products by addressing client needs and providing a high-level service throughout the sales process using the D.I.O.R. method.
  • Communicate passionately about the brand and its products, ensuring clients are well-informed.
  • Apply the dedicated client journey specific to the institute, performing facial and body treatments according to established protocols.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with existing clients and engage new clients through genuine interaction.
  • Execute all CRM and clienteling activities.
  • Adhere to merchandising guidelines and regularly monitor stock levels, particularly skincare products.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including managing laundry services.
  • Provide top-tier cabin services in line with the Dior Prestige La Suite requirements.
  • Offer personalized and expert skincare sales ceremonies, utilizing Dior diagnostic tools when available.
  • Manage cabin bookings and foster client loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with experience in high-end/luxury institutes.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments.

Skills

Strong communication skills. Comprehensive knowledge of perfumes, skincare, and cosmetics. Proven sales and customer service skills. Proficiency in applying high-level facial and body treatments. Fluency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in facial and body treatments, ideally within a luxury or high-end setting.

Education

Preferably at least a Bac+2 with a specialization in skincare: aesthetics and cosmetics.
