Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation and sales of products across all three axes: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
  • Support the achievement of sales targets.
  • Schedule appointments with clients.
  • Ensure in-store product presentation aligns with Dior guidelines.
  • Conduct promotions and assist in creating engaging animations.
  • Assist with inventory management.
  • Travel within the German-speaking region of Switzerland.

Qualifications

  • Passion for sales and customer consultation.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or consultation.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrances.
  • Proficiency in German; knowledge of French or English is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Motivated to engage with diverse teams and colleagues.
  • Reliability and commitment.

Skills

Sales expertise in luxury beauty products. Strong customer service orientation. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a sales or consultation role within the beauty industry.
