Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure an optimal shopping experience for clients.
- Advise customers and sell products across all three axes: fragrances, skincare, and makeup.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and apply the D.I.O.R. sales method.
- Schedule appointments with clients and manage in-store product presentations in accordance with Dior guidelines.
- Execute promotions and contribute to the creation of in-store animations.
- Assist with product returns.
Qualifications
- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer consulting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Enjoyment of teamwork.
- Reliability and commitment.
- Willingness to travel within Vienna and surrounding areas.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in sales or customer consulting, preferably within the beauty industry.
Workplace
The role is situated in Vienna, Vienna, Austria.
Compensation
The collective agreement minimum salary is €32,242 gross per year for 38.5 hours per week, with a willingness to exceed this based on qualifications and experience.
