Join Parfums Christian Dior in Singapore as a Retail Manager, Travel Retail. Lead sales strategies and team management in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sales strategies for key Southeast Asian markets to achieve sales targets.
  • Compile and analyze monthly sales reports, managing P&L to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to maintain Dior's brand image through effective planogram changes and promotional activities.
  • Strengthen partnerships with retailers by managing operational matters and exploring new business opportunities.
  • Lead and motivate a dynamic sales team, setting KPIs and ensuring retail and service excellence.
  • Coordinate with the training team to enhance the skillsets of Beauty Consultants in line with development plans.

Qualifications

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in retail operations at a supervisory level.
  • Proven experience in managing a team within the retail sector.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Customer and sales focus with strong negotiation abilities. Highly organized with the capability to multitask and analyze data effectively.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in retail operations, with supervisory experience and team management.
