Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth in designated retail locations by actively engaging in sales activities and coaching identified key influencers to enhance brand sales.
  • Ensure adherence to merchandising planograms within stores, making necessary adjustments to maintain flawless brand execution across all spaces.
  • Conduct business opportunity analyses, manage the achievement of objectives, and report to the Regional Manager.
  • Train in-store teams on products and new releases.

Qualifications

  • Result-oriented with the ability to drive growth and negotiate effectively.
  • Autonomous and organized with strong adaptability.
  • Proficient in teamwork with excellent relational and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and unite teams around the brand's values.

Skills

Mastery of sales and coaching techniques. Proficiency in computer tools. Strong customer service orientation and active listening skills. Ability to embody Dior's professionalism and grooming standards.

Experience

Entry-level experience is acceptable.

Workplace

This position is based in Lille, Hauts-de-France, France.
