Join Parfums Christian Dior in New York as a Regional Sales Director. Lead omni-channel sales strategies and manage a dynamic team in the luxury cosmetics industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute omni-channel sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
- Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and other sales personnel.
- Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences across all platforms, including Dior.com.
- Manage financial budgets and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regional and district merchants.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.
- Proven experience in managing and driving retail results with department stores and specialty retailers.
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
