Join Parfums Christian Dior in New York as a Regional Sales Director. Lead sales strategies and manage a dynamic team in the luxury beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute omni-channel sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Managers, Account Executives, and other sales personnel.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure a seamless customer experience across all platforms, including Dior.com.
  • Manage financial budgets and analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including Regional Vice Presidents and Store Managers.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.
  • Proven track record in managing and driving retail results with department stores and specialty retailers.
  • Experience in hiring, training, and developing sales personnel.
  • Strong understanding of leading beauty and fragrance brands and their competitive positioning.

Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Proficiency in business analytics and financial management. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

Minimum 10 years of multi-door sales experience in prestige cosmetics or retail.

Compensation

Salary range of $150,000 - $190,000, with flexibility based on expertise and performance.
