Join Parfums Christian Dior in Island East, Hong Kong SAR as a Regional Assistant Retail Education Manager. Drive education strategy in Asia Pacific markets for makeup and fragrance.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Align and coordinate with the International Retail Education strategy to adapt axis modules, programs, guidelines, and service protocols across Asia Pacific regions.
  • Optimize counter services and tools, and develop market-relevant resources to meet the needs of each market.
  • Collaborate with Regional Retail Performance to monitor client experience and Dior services at points of sale.
  • Plan and organize annual regional seminars, workshops, and train-the-trainer programs, targeting 'Specialist/Expert' populations based on regional needs and business priorities.
  • Monitor the Axis Training curriculum and support markets in defining action and deployment plans across the region.
  • Collect feedback to continuously improve training materials and provide advice for category education and business development teams.
  • Support markets on the certification process for 'Specialist/Expert' populations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional digital learning team to develop relevant digital learning content and enhance the Beauty Consultant's learning journey.
  • Plan the digital learning calendar and consult with other regional training managers on rollout plans and e-learning activities.
  • Monitor and follow up on MYDIOR KPIs and Beauty Consultant learning.
  • Create digital content and videos to transmit global and regional Axis trends.
  • Organize the annual Axis Beauty Consultant Seminar in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Advise on the seminar outline and resources required, ensuring smooth logistical and organizational processes.
  • Ensure clear communication with participants before and after the seminar, and collect feedback for evaluation.

Qualifications

  • Certification or diploma in makeup artistry or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in makeup, fragrance, or regional beauty retail training, including classroom and digital learning
  • Fluent in written and verbal English; proficiency in another Asian language is a plus

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in makeup, fragrance, or regional beauty retail training is required.

Education

Certification or diploma in makeup artistry or a related field is preferred.
