Join Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Product Owner. Lead the Engage feature team for Dior.com, focusing on CRM and e-commerce excellence. Ideal for candidates with 6+ years of experience in digital product ownership.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the backlog for the Engage feature team, focusing on customer account, CRM, loyalty, and data capture for Dior.com.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Manager and various stakeholders across central and local teams, including technical, omnichannel, CRM, data, design, and market teams.
  • Work in tandem with the Scrum Master to oversee a feature team of 4-6 developers and a QA specialist.
  • Ensure user stories are complete with business rules and acceptance criteria for developer implementation.
  • Integrate design phases into conception and testing stages.
  • Coordinate with the Delivery Manager to formalize delivery schedules.
  • Synchronize with four other feature teams and validate the final evolutionary scope with the Product Manager.
  • Prepare and conduct PI planning and its outcomes for the assigned scope.
  • Document the scope and its evolution in Confluence and maintain up-to-date records.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a Business or Engineering School, ideally with a specialization in Digital.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, with successful migration projects.

Skills

Proficiency in e-Commerce and CRM. Expertise in Agile methodologies, including user story writing, ceremony facilitation, and backlog management using Jira and Confluence. Strong project management skills, including anticipation, alert escalation, and formalization. Ability to integrate and navigate multicultural and multifunctional environments. Strong analytical and autonomous capabilities. Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud and SAFe Agile framework is advantageous. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with a focus on e-Commerce and CRM projects.

Education

Degree from a Business or Engineering School, ideally specialized in Digital.
