Join Parfums Christian Dior in Seoul as a Product Marketing Assistant. This full-time role requires 3 years of experience in cosmetics or FMCG, with fluency in Korean and English.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior Marketing Manager and the Fragrance team in executing marketing plans aligned with global Parfums Christian Dior initiatives.
  • Manage new product forecasts based on central guidelines and marketing plans.
  • Initiate and oversee campaigns and new product launches, including supply status checks and translations.
  • Maintain and update the product catalog, ensuring the marketing division is informed for follow-up.
  • Handle internal order management for final goods and additional items for launches and operations.
  • Update retailer mailers monthly based on fragrance marketing strategy.
  • Coordinate fragrance event arrangements and support, liaising with relevant teams and vendors.
  • Monitor and analyze competitors’ event content, including special gifts with purchase and activities.
  • Track daily sales for main products monthly, based on the marketing calendar.
  • Conduct market analysis and compile competitor watch reports for marketing activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the cosmetics industry or FMCG sector.
  • Fluency in Korean and English.

Skills

Strong interest in the cosmetics industry and consumer behavior. Analytical thinking with a proficiency in statistical analysis. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in the cosmetics industry or FMCG sector is required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
