Role & Responsibilities

  • Translate marketing team requirements into technical solutions for suppliers while adhering to cost, timeline, and quality constraints.
  • Validate the technical execution of products with suppliers in accordance with specifications.
  • Regularly communicate project progress to stakeholders.
  • Conduct active monitoring of marketing and technical innovations to propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (BAC+5).
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a high-quality demanding sector, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Knowledge of makeup products is advantageous.

Skills

Specific knowledge of materials and transformation techniques for metalloplastics, glass, or cardboard. Ability to unite various stakeholders around common objectives and assert oneself as a Project Manager. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in English.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in project management within a sector with high-quality demands, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent (BAC+5).
