Join LVMH Beauty Tech in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, as an Order Management Specialist. Contribute to the operational management and administrative tracking of suppliers and orders in a dynamic luxury beauty environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and manage supplier accounts and analytical codes in SAP.
  • Generate purchase orders in SAP, oversee their receipt, and track invoices.
  • Monitor supplier order commitments.
  • Track new contracts with external service providers.
  • Participate in the functional administration of the time tracking tool.
  • Support the team in daily activities, particularly during accounting closures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, administrative assistance, or a related field.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in French and English communication. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Entry-level experience is acceptable.
