Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the performance of the Fragrance & Skincare categories through comprehensive market analysis and strategic action plans.
  • Develop and implement 360-degree marketing plans for new product launches, ensuring alignment with global guidelines and regional priorities.
  • Manage Nordic forecasts and budgets for sales products, promotional offers, and point-of-sale materials, ensuring compliance with Nordic and European guidelines.
  • Report category performance to headquarters, including sell-out analysis, competitor reviews, and market insights.
  • Serve as the primary contact for category communications with central and local teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Product Management or Marketing, ideally within the cosmetics industry.

Skills

Strong data analysis and business acumen. Entrepreneurial spirit with a solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Fluency in English; proficiency in Scandinavian languages and/or French is advantageous.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in product management or marketing, preferably within the cosmetics sector.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business.
