Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement international strategy and deliver local marketing plans, including product launches and communication plans.
  • Conduct market and competitor research and analysis.
  • Maintain growth on key product ranges and monitor development opportunities.
  • Execute marketing strategy to expand the brand across all categories and sales channels.
  • Co-manage marketing budget and analyze A&P budgets.
  • Manage and follow up on forecasts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with other departments to support marketing objectives.
  • Develop ideas for marketing activations and coordinate merchandising strategy execution.
  • Drive omnichannel growth and development.
  • Understand consumer behavior and luxury market trends.
  • Create marketing materials and monthly reports on actions and results.
  • Organize annual meetings, conferences, and provide effective selling tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • University degree.

Skills

Strong motivation and passion for the beauty industry. Effective communication and relationship-building skills. Focus on high-quality execution and creativity. Results-oriented with strong analytical and planning abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. Fluent in English with excellent written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
