Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the deployment and development of new features for Marketing & Omnichannel solutions across the Beauty Division's brands globally.
  • Participate in the implementation of new functionalities on marketing tools like Adobe Campaign and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and on Omnichannel projects for Parfums Christian Dior.
  • Analyze and define new functionalities through impact analyses, contribute to specification writing, and facilitate workshops.
  • Support the preparation and execution of testing strategies prior to deployment phases.
  • Participate in production deployment.
  • Contribute to change management and the creation of English documentation.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac +4/5) in Engineering, Business, or a related field with a specialization in Information Technology.

Skills

Strong interest in CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystems. Adaptability and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse, multicultural stakeholders. Excellent communication skills in both French and English.

Experience

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Education

Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Workplace

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.

Compensation

Compensation between €1500 and €1650, depending on educational level.
