Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor wellness innovations including techniques, machines, and products.
  • Collaborate on the creation of spa brochures and treatment protocols.
  • Adapt Dior Spa treatment protocols for specific settings.
  • Contribute to the development of professional products and application techniques.
  • Design and update training tools for all treatment techniques and spa offerings.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, both in-person and online.
  • Evaluate and validate training outcomes, creating action plans as needed.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to Dior Spa protocols across locations.
  • Identify and nurture future talent within Dior Spa.
  • Represent Dior Spa values at partner events and during VIP treatments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Diploma in aesthetics or spa practice (BP, BTS, or CQP).
  • Proficiency in specific massage techniques.
  • Professional and commercial proficiency in English.
  • Familiarity with luxury spa standards (LQA, Forbes).

Skills

Strong pedagogical skills. Exceptional communication and public speaking abilities. Organizational and methodological expertise. Adaptability and cultural sensitivity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years in a relevant field, with expertise in luxury spa operations and training.

Education

Diploma in aesthetics or spa practice (BP, BTS, or CQP).
