Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, including job posting, CV sourcing, conducting interviews, and organizing recruitment events.
  • Facilitate HR development and event planning, including integration seminars and networking events.
  • Create and manage content for the Microsoft Teams platform dedicated to interns and apprentices.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by engaging with target schools and participating in events, forums, and visits.
  • Participate in HR project management, focusing on process improvements and the Young Talents recruitment policy.

Qualifications

  • Current student specializing in Human Resources.
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred.

Skills

Strong organizational and priority management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Fluency in French and English. Adaptability and responsiveness.

Experience

Entry-level experience in Human Resources, ideally with prior exposure to HR functions.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.

This position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
