Join Parfums Christian Dior in Neuilly-sur-Seine as an HR Recruitment and Development Assistant. Engage in recruitment, HR communication, and employer branding for a leading luxury brand.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment processes for interns and apprentices, including job postings, CV sourcing, conducting interviews, and organizing recruitment events.
  • Facilitate HR development and event management, including integration seminars and networking events.
  • Oversee HR communication by managing the Microsoft Teams platform for interns and apprentices, and creating dedicated content.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives by engaging with target schools, organizing business cases, and participating in events and forums.
  • Participate in HR project management, focusing on process improvement and the Young Talents recruitment policy.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree with a specialization in Human Resources.

Skills

Strong organizational and priority management skills. Demonstrated adaptability and responsiveness. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel. Fluency in both French and English.

Experience

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in Human Resources, though this is not mandatory.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Human Resources program.
