Join LVMH Beauty Tech in Neuilly-sur-Seine as an HR & Recruitment Project Intern. Contribute to strategic HR projects and gain experience in a dynamic luxury tech environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in the post-survey phase of the LVMH Group's employee engagement survey ('Pulse Survey'), including in-depth analysis of results and communication planning.
  • Develop and monitor action plans derived from survey results in collaboration with managers.
  • Continue the development of a global workforce reporting process and tool.
  • Actively engage in the recruitment process for interns, including sourcing, pre-selection, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Contribute to strategic recruitment projects such as manager interview training and new sourcing approaches.
  • Participate in internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including newsletters and internal events.
  • Propose new HR communication strategies to strengthen employee engagement.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources, Project Management, or Organizational Management.
  • Initial experience in HR, recruitment, or consultancy, preferably in an international setting.

Skills

Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Power BI. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.

Experience

Entry-level experience in HR, recruitment, or consultancy, ideally within an international environment.

Education

Master's degree in progress in Human Resources, Business, or Engineering with a specialization in HR or Project Management.

The role is situated in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France — conveniently close to Paris.
