Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to VIP clients via chat, email, video, and phone.
  • Curate thoughtful product recommendations based on client needs and preferences.
  • Maintain expertise on skincare, makeup, and fragrance collections, including new launches.
  • Offer a white-glove client experience with follow-ups, loyalty gestures, and beauty tips.
  • Assist clients with online purchases, troubleshooting, and post-purchase care.
  • Engage with clients through one-on-one live video chats.
  • Ensure client experiences exceed expectations and uphold brand standards.
  • Support clients throughout their online purchasing journey to enhance sales conversion.
  • Resolve client complaints efficiently, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Process client orders and requests accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Manage clienteling campaigns and cultivate VIP client relationships.
  • Generate revenue by ensuring purchase conversions and regular client follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Background in retail with a strong interest in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury goods.
  • Experience as a beauty advisor with selling aptitude.
  • Minimum of 3 years in the industry.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably in beauty advisory roles.
