Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the conception to implementation of new counter builds or refurbishments, ensuring alignment with the merchandising charter.
- Design creative points of sale to enhance brand visibility at flagship and A store counters.
- Negotiate store terms to maintain brand integrity.
- Coordinate with central Merchandising in Paris, stores, and suppliers to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Validate designs and scale models with Central Merchandising.
- Provide project plans and technical specifications for cost estimation by international purchasers.
- Collaborate with local suppliers to ensure design accuracy and quality production, providing feedback post-installation.
- Manage a team of two Retail Designers responsible for various store categories.
- Assist in developing the Dior image through event and promotion site designs.
- Prepare plans and 3D models for the Promotions & Events Merchandiser.
- Support the counter VM manager with counter plans and soft merchandise coordination.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years in a store design role with an architectural or retail design background.
- Proven management experience.
- Knowledge of the cosmetic market is advantageous.
- French language skills are beneficial but not essential.
