Join LVMH in Neuilly-sur-Seine as a Governance Manager. Lead regulatory excellence across luxury brands in the Perfume and Cosmetics division. Minimum 10 years' experience required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance regulatory operational excellence across LVMH's Perfume and Cosmetic brands and Business Partner Communities.
  • Support regulatory teams in implementing applicable regulations and guidelines, ensuring alignment with the Scientific Direction's strategy.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators, conducting regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee global risk management and support the implementation of risk management processes.
  • Contribute to lobbying and communication strategies by gathering and sharing insights from operational regulatory teams.
  • Provide personalized support to regulatory teams requiring additional assistance to strengthen compliance.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for strategic positions.
  • Manage a team of two permanent employees.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Law or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
  • Previous experience in the cosmetics industry is advantageous.

Skills

In-depth understanding of the cosmetics industry's regulatory environment. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong leadership and team-building abilities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Organizational prowess and attention to detail. Ability to negotiate and propose solutions in a dynamic environment.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Education

Master's degree in Law or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
