Join Parfums Christian Dior in London as a Fragrance Specialist at Harrods. Full-time role for a luxury sales professional.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
  • Provide personalized luxury service to customers, embodying the brand's values.
  • Demonstrate expertise in LCP fragrances to inspire and attract new clients.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
  • Educate clients about Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
  • Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to ensure sufficient product availability.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in fragrance sales is advantageous.

Skills

Creative ability to evoke emotional responses to fragrances. Tenacity and willingness to provide exceptional luxury service. Driven and results-oriented with a focus on business growth. Confidence in approaching and engaging with customers. Strong selling skills. Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury sales, particularly in fragrance, is preferred.
