Join Parfums Christian Dior in Sheffield as a Fragrance Consultant. This role offers the opportunity to represent a luxury brand, engage with clients, and drive sales in a prestigious environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Parfums Christian Dior fragrances and achieving sales targets.
- Provide a luxury standard of service to customers, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Proactively sell and cross-sell products to increase average transaction value and units.
- Develop and maintain personal relationships with clients to foster loyalty and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
- Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand ethos.
- Participate in merchandise management in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure adequate supply.
- Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
- Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
- Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Previous experience in luxury sales, particularly in beauty or fragrance, is preferred.
