Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive fragrance sales by achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide a luxury standard of service to customers, acting as a brand ambassador.
  • Proactively engage in cross-selling across product categories to enhance transaction value and units.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand, fostering client loyalty.
  • Participate in merchandise management and ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to maintain adequate inventory.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Skills

Creative ability to evoke emotional responses related to fragrances. Strong selling skills with a results-oriented mindset. Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Immaculate grooming and presentation reflecting the brand's elegance.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably within the beauty or fragrance sector, is required.
