Join Parfums Christian Dior in London as a Fragrance Consultant. Drive sales and provide luxury service in this full-time role at Selfridges.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
  • Provide a personalized luxury service to customers, embodying the brand's values.
  • Proactively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand.
  • Develop personal relationships with clients to gain loyalty and introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme.
  • Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Adhere to all company procedures and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Skills

Strong selling skills and ability to engage with customers. Ability to evoke passionate responses to fragrance notes. Creative and able to recreate the emotions encapsulated by fragrances. Tenacious and results-oriented, with a drive to grow the business. Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the brand's elegance.

Experience

Previous experience in luxury sales, particularly in beauty or fragrance, is required.
