Role & Responsibilities

  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Parfums Christian Dior, driving fragrance sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Provide personalized luxury service to customers, enhancing their brand experience.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of fragrance notes to inspire and attract new clients.
  • Proactively sell products and provide a luxury standard of service, aiming to exceed sales targets.
  • Engage in cross-selling across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Initiate and maintain personal relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and the DIOR VIP loyalty scheme.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and brand ethos.
  • Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to maintain sufficient inventory.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies, performing additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Creative ability to evoke emotions through fragrance. Tenacity and willingness to provide exceptional luxury service. Strong sales and customer engagement skills. Experience

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
