Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive fragrance sales by achieving sales targets and promoting the brand.
  • Provide personalized luxury service to customers.
  • Expertly sell Parfums Christian Dior products and maintain a high standard of service.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Link sell across product categories to increase average transaction value and units.
  • Propose personalized products to clients and educate them on the brand.
  • Initiate contact with clients and develop personal relationships to gain loyalty.
  • Introduce the DIOR VIP loyalty and reward scheme to clients.
  • Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report any issues.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Carry out additional duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role.
  • Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.

Skills

Creative ability to evoke emotional responses to fragrances. Tenacity and willingness to provide exceptional luxury service. Driven and results-oriented with strong selling skills. Self-confidence in engaging with customers. Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Experience

Previous experience in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
